eCard

We're happy to offer affordable prices to our uninsured patients, or patients with insurance that only covers catastrophic conditions. You must attest that you do not have any insurance to receive an eMedical Offices eCard. The eCard is not health insurance.

Your discounted cost: $89 for office visits. Usual office visits are $140-183.

If patients obtain insurance during the year, eCard membership will be discontinued effective the date of insurance activation.

X-rays, procedures such as suturing, splinting, incisions; immunizations, durable equipment, medications are additional. Testing, lab and other procedures performed by outside facilities will be billed separately by the providing institution. Occupational medicine services and school physicals are charged at standard rates.
