Dr. Anton joined EMO in 2002. He is a 1986 graduate of The University of Medicine and Dentistry, New Jersey Medical School. He also received his BA in Biology from Rutgers University in 1977. Dr. Anton completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Robert Wood Johnson University in New Brunswick.Dr. Anton's experience includes working in the Emergency Department at Saint Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Paterson, as well as time at Saint Francis Medical Center in Trenton, New Jersey, and working at the Veteran's Administration Medical Center in the Bronx.
Alina Neuberger, MD
Dr. Neuberger is our newest physician, having joined eMedical Offices in January, 2009. She comes to us from the Overlook Family Practice Residency Program, where she was awarded the Excellence in Primary Care Research Award and the Resident Teaching Award. Dr. Neuberger is a graduate of the Carol Davila School of Medicine in Bucharest, Romania. She is Board Certified in Family Practice.Dr. Neuberger is fluent in English and Romanian, as well as speaking some Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, cooking, piano, and activities with her children.
Michael Hernandez, MD
Dr. Hernandez is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry, New Jersey Medical School. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Biology from the Stevens Institute of Technology, where he was a recipient of the Edwin A. Stevens Scholarship. Dr. Hernandez completed his residency at University Hospital at UMDNJ in 2002, and served as Chief Medical Resident for East Orange Veteran's Affairs through 2003, the same year he joined EMO. Dr. Hernandez is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. His hobbies include cooking, reading, music and dancing.
Niraj Patel, MD
Dr. Patel joined EMO in 2002 after completing his residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. While in residency, Dr. Patel was honored as the Resident of the Year for 2001-2002, completing a dual program in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL, and went on to St. George's Medical School in Grenada, receiving his Medical Doctorate in 1998. Dr. Patel is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. He enjoys soccer and football in his spare time, as well as spending time with his wife and two sons.
